A 'Nikah Khutubah' in India

On 27 September 2026, two members of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International got married at the Sirajum Munir Masjid, Tamil Nadu, India. In the Nikah of Janab Mohammad Raffi Saheb of Bangalore with Ashaa Saheba, members of the Jamaat from many parts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala participated. The holy founder of the Jamaat Ul Sahih Al Islam International Hazrat Imam Muhyiuddin Al Khalifatullah Munir Ahmad Azim (aba) of Mauritius delivered the Nikah Khutubah on the occasion.

KHUTBATUL HAAJAH is a blessed sermon taught and recited by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). It is traditionally recited at the beginning of a Nikah (marriage ceremony) and may also be recited at the commencement of important speeches, gatherings, and occasions. It consists of praise of Allah, seeking His help and forgiveness, seeking refuge from the evil of our own selves and deeds, bearing witness to the Oneness of Allah and the prophethood of Muhammad (pbuh), followed by verses from the Holy Qur’an.
